Who are Hot Barber stylists?

Stylists on Hot Barber are up-and-coming professionals who are working their way up in the salon business. They may be students who are still attending school, or folks who have cut and colored hair for years but didn't chose to work full time in a salon.

Just because a stylist doesn't work in a fancy salon doesn't mean they can't cut hair. In fact, stylists on Hot Barber are skilled, passionate, and eager to work with you to achieve the right look.

The talented stylists on Hot Barber are students at Avalon. All haircuts happen under the supervision of certified instructors at the beauty school salon.

We’re Julia and Eric, two recent grads in SF who think that it should be way easier and more affordable to find a hair stylist you love. We’ve met so many talented cosmetology students and junior stylists in the last month and hope that this website can showcase their work and skills. We want to bring more confidence, less risk, and better value to something that everyone in the world must attend to: their hair!
